Today in math class we were reviewing the idea of using division to solve problems involving measurement of quantities. Our essential questions were: 'how can we use multiplication facts to solve unknown factor problems?' and 'in what ways are division and multiplication related?
First, we confirmed our understanding of which numbers are factors of a given number. Next, we worked in pairs searching for the missing factor, to complete the equation, on our sheet. We had great fun, and now we are ready for our test.
